Our office will bill your insurance for you as a courtesy. We are participating members of Oregon Dental Service, Delta, and Blue Cross. We can preauthorize your dental and medical insurance if needed. All fees can be provided to you in advance of treatment. We will expect payment for copayments, deductibles, and non-covered services at the time of treatment. For your convenience we also accept Visa and Mastercharge.

We have now made it easier for you to review your dental information with our office. From our website we have made your appointments, account history, and dental records available for you to access. Please contact the office at 503-692-3747 to create a username and password to login to our system.

In the right hand margin you may see several options, depending on your account.

This system breaks it down into Family and Patient. Under Family you will find Appointments and Ledger information. Under Patient you will find the treatment plan.

Appointments allows you to verify future appointments for your family. Have you scheduled your next dental check-up? If not, call or e-mail our office to schedule an appointment. These appointments are current as of todays date.

Ledger displays your account information to make it possible for you to find charges, insurance payments, patient payments, and your current balance.

Treatment Plan allows you to review your diagnosed dental treatment plan. If you do not see any information regarding specific teeth and costs assoiciated with treatment, then your child has no pending treatment. You will see a treatment plan that contains only generic information and not specifics as their is no treatment pending.

In the event that your child does have treatment pending, it will say something along the lines of the following: "13 MOD Amalgam-3 surf. prim/perm 151.00 120.80 N". Please then verify if your child has an appointment to complete the treatment by clicking on appointments.

Patient Information allows you to view our current records regarding your insurance information and current address.
