Insurance & Billing
Our office will bill your insurance for you as a courtesy.
We are a Preferred Provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and a participating member of Oregon Dental Service and Delta Dental Plans.
All fees can be provided to you in advance of treatment. We will expect payment for co-payments, deductible and non-covered services at the time of treatment. For your convenience we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
